Do you have minimum length contracts?
None. Contract length is defined in our agreement. Contact us for more information.
What are the payment terms?
We will work with you on terms based on the size and scope of the project.
How long will it take to see my expected results?
Our process is adaptive to client preferences. Results are dependent on how ready your requirements are and how much participation you are willing to commit as stakeholder or product owner. It is possible to see work-in-progress and incremental results within a day, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. It can also be a date that we have agreed beforehand.
Will there be a regular client update on the project?
Yes. Our process is based on agile product and software development methodology. That said, updates rely on how much involvement and commitment the client can provide for the project. It can be daily, weekly, bi-weekly or when the project is ready for client review.
Do we need to be concerned about privacy issues?
We take privacy of our clients and customers seriously. All agreements are governed by a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Our employees and vendors are also governed with a similar agreement. For reporting an issue on privacy, please contact us or send an email to info@jway.com.
What if I am not sure about the design or strategy?

Is training included after the project?
Yes. We provide basic training needed to make you successful with the project. We can customize an advance training program for you if there’s a need for it.
