Sun: iForce Information Site
Sun's iForce[sm] Partner Marketing Group wanted to create a resource destination for use during customer service calls, placing helpful information at the fingertips of the customer service representatives that would enable them to answer questions efficiently and accurately. Although some level of online interactivity was necessary to ensure maximum content accessibility, the server infrastructure precluded database connectivity. To meet the infrastructure and budget constraints, JWAY recommended an open-source search solution as part of the site design, as well as devising a shallow but uncluttered arrangement of content.
