Building through the eyes of the user
Users will give you about two seconds to form their
impression of your web site or application. Is your

to the confusion and as a result, forming a less-than-perfect
impression? JWAY can help.
The JWAY UUE design process starts with the target
user profile. JWAY User Profiles will be based not
just on user demographics, but on use cases, user
motivation and tasks. These, together with your
corporate branding requirements, will lead us to
concepts with the right user interface (UI) design
in terms of task, navigation, layout and emphasis.
JWAY will also conduct usability testing,
incorporating user feedback into the UI for
function and simplicity.
Another key area of focus in the JWAY design process
is the organization of the site content, or the information
architecture. The JWAY Usability and User Experience Team
is fluent in industry best practices and incorporates these
in its work. The end result is a design that not only appeals
to target users, but puts the information they seek within
easy reach.
