JWAY recognizes the challenges you face in development projects because each project entails different priorities and changing needs at each step. JWAY follows the blueprint of Extreme Programming (XP) in its development process, while integrating some portions of Rational Unified Process (RUP-http://www.rational.com/products/rup/index.jsp?SMSESSION=NO.) RUP, which utilizes Unified Modeling Language (UML) extensively, allows us to produce the necessary artifacts and documentation by following UML standards.
The combination of XP with "Lite-RUP" has proven to be a scalable and cost-effective model. We call this combination eXtreme Development (XD).
XD Model covers all the bases in software development life cycle. The "D" in XD stands for Definition, Design, Development, and Delivery. JWAY can offer clients concrete deliverables every 1 to 2 weeks, while at the same time being poised to accommodate for requirements evolution.
XD dictates JWAY's team organization and relies on open, honest, and frequent communication between client and developer, so there are no surprises on the project delivery date. Thus, XD relies heavily on the full participation of the client throughout the development cycle to ensure that the finished project meets client expectations as precisely as possible.
