Web-based learning for the next level of excellence
"ELearn@Work™" is our offering to provide enterprise with development and consulting services for web-based learning courseware using HTML, Adobe Captivate®, Adobe Flash® and other learning related systems and applications. JWAY silently launched this key initiative in mid-September of this year, as the new component of our overall enterprise solution offering.
Web-based learning promises a lot. In particular, it promises to bridge the gap between staff competencies critical to future operations and job roles across an extended global audience; accelerating speed to market for new products/new processes and more. It also promises improvements in managing career development, succession planning, plus reduce training and travel expenses.
JWAY’s mission is to make its clients’ learning initiatives successful by combining instructional technology methods with learning design and production processes that rapidly output learning assets for its workforce, its partners and clients.
The Team: We have our in-house Elearning Media Producer and Elearning Media Developer. We also have user interface (UI) and technical architects covering engineering and infrastructure expertise. The team is actively recruiting and in time expects to have opportunities for additional US employees wishing to diversify their skills and experiences.
Success: Recently, Sun Microsystems engaged JWAY to put together the learning modules for its Solaris 10 partner adoption program applications under the Market Development Organization. The engagement is expected to take ~ 3 to 4 months altogether and promises to elicit every ounce of the teams’ creativity, imagination, expertise and enthusiasm.
